The staff were all very pleasant, the room was adequate and I liked just superb location. And it also had panoramic view. Breakfast was generous and had lots of food. Great value and GOOD service. Spotless and cute hotel in Baixa / Chiado district.

Tranquil location, really good staff, big bed. Superior room was very good sized, great value in comparison with other options. Fine breakfast included coffee, eggs and tea. The service at this neighboring hotel was friendly. There was a magnificent restaurant, the shops and a market next door.

Wi-Fi signal was not good, made me a little nervous.

Truly enjoyed the terrace. There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Pastelaria Belo Horizonte, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

We greatly enjoyed all the hotel offered: comfortable beds and helpful staff. Being within easy reach of rossio square and very close to elevador de santa justa: )
